Collin K.

My three rotations in the Human Resources Development Program have given me the skills and confidence I need to excel in this field. This program has also allowed me to build relationships I didn’t think I would find in a workplace.

Haley Strauss, Human Resources.

HRDP was an invaluable start to my career. Throughout my time in the program, I built relationships across the company and learned skills beyond what I had expected to gain. Each rotation offered opportunities for professional development, ultimately preparing me for a dynamic career with Liberty Mutual.

Matt Licari, Human Resources

HRDP provided me with the training, capabilities, and experience to continuously grow as an HR professional. More importantly it provided me with a network of peers and alumni that have continued to help me shape my career here at Liberty Mutual.
