Design for the future

Implementing Prevention through Design (Ptd), team members analyzed years of claims and conducted on-site visits to observe design and work processes. Based on their analyses, future building projects and operations were designed with risk reduction in mind.

Prioritize intervention opportunities

Leveraging data analysis and on-site verification, team members helped our clients by identifying specific work tasks that could result in frequent and costly injuries. Once these vulnerabilities were accounted for, our clients were better able to prioritize operational and safety intervention efforts.

Leverage knowledge to grow our business

Risk Control team members have the opportunity to provide actionable, cross-departmental insights to assist other departments. For example, our colleagues in Underwriting were better able to identify new business opportunities and better understand our current customer base based on our team’s analysis.
