We offer several programs for job seekers who are looking to return to work after an employment gap or take the next steps toward a new career.


If you’ve left the workforce to support a family member or young children, our FlexPath program can help you return to work with the flexibility you need while offering meaningful experience and valuable connections.

FlexPath projects are:

  • Short-term: The typical project runs 3-9 months
  • Flexible: Work may be able to be completed outside of a 9-5 workday or on a part-time schedule
  • Focused: Build skills in management, finance or data/business analytics

Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellowship

We share a sense of duty with veteran and military service members to protect people. Like you, we value integrity, doing the right thing and making things better. Through our partnership with Hiring Our Heroes, we offer an 11-week fellowship designed to make your transition into the civilian workforce smooth and rewarding.

Program benefits include:

  • Professional development through hands-on work and skill-building courses
  • Networking with Liberty leaders and employees from across the business
  • 1-1 coaching from managers and mentors from Valor@Liberty, our military and veteran Employee Resource Group
