Health centers

We want to make it easy for you to put your health first. In our Boston and Plano offices, you’ll find convenient health centers providing in-person services, such as annual physical exams, well-woman exams, vaccines, flu shots, eye care, urgent care and more, so you don’t have to take time off to travel to a doctor’s office.

Mental well-being resources

Balancing life and work can be overwhelming, and we want to support you in feeling your best. We offer robust mental health support, including 12 free therapy sessions for you and your family. You’ll also have access to a stress management app with tools at your fingertips to reduce stress and build resilience.

Family planning

Building a family is a deeply personal and emotional experience, and we understand there are many different pathways to parenthood. Whether you’re pursuing fertility treatments, adoption, surrogacy, fostering or experiencing unexpected loss, we’re here to support you through these times with genuine compassion and understanding.

Financial support

Growing a family can bring joy along with financial considerations. We want to help alleviate that burden by reimbursing up to $40,000 for adoption or surrogacy expenses. Additionally, our fertility benefit covers up to $50,000 for medical costs and $25,000 for pharmacy costs, so you can focus on what matters most.

Paid parental leave

The early moments of parenthood deserve your undivided attention. We provide eight weeks of paid bonding leave for parents of newly born, adopted or foster children. Birth parents also receive an additional eight weeks of short-term disability for childbirth, totaling 16 weeks of 100% paid leave.

Bereavement leave

Loss at any stage of pregnancy is devastating. We want you to know we’re here for you during this profoundly difficult time. To care for our employees who have experienced loss, Liberty offers up to five days of paid leave to provide space and support.

Training and skills development

Tuition reimbursement

We believe in your potential and are committed to investing in it, starting on day one. So, when you complete an undergraduate course, we cover the entire cost of approved tuition, books and fees. Graduate courses are reimbursed up to $6,000 annually.

401(k) Student loan match

Student loans can be a burden, and we want to help you tackle them. Liberty treats student loan payments like contributions to our 401(k) retirement plan, matching 50 cents for every dollar up to 8% of eligible pay. This means you can prioritize your financial well-being today, while building for the future.
