Internships
As a Sales intern, you’ll work alongside agents in a local Comparion office, where you’ll help them grow sales, assist with events, develop sourcing strategies and support marketing campaigns. Best of all, at the close of the internship, you may have the opportunity to move into a full-time position.
As an intern, you will:
- Learn how to build and develop client relationships in local communities to promote Auto, Home and Life insurance products
- Enhance your knowledge of insurance products and the insurance business
- Develop prospecting, sales and influencing skills
- Work individually and as part of a team, on projects that foster professional development
Entry-level opportunities
As a new team member, you’ll be immersed in a fast-paced and supportive environment where you can sharpen your selling skills and grow your knowledge of insurance products, systems, business operations and sales strategies. You’ll also participate in a 10-week paid training program that covers licensing classes and exams and have a dedicated sales coach who will guide you through the process of becoming a licensed insurance agent.
