FlexPath is a program that helps experienced professionals, like yourself, return to work via flexible and meaningful part-time work after an employment gap.
FlexPath projects at a glance
What to expect
- Projects are 3-9 months with the potential to extend up to 12 months
- Projects focus on project management, finance or data/business analytics
- Work can be completed with flexible hours in mind
FlexPath offers participants unique benefits that go beyond the standard contract
or part-time role.
Flexibility
Flexible hours and workload that can be completed outside of the traditional 9-to-5 workday.
Projects have a defined start and end date and involve work that can be completed independently or with a team.
Community
FlexPath participants meet regularly to share advice, offer peer mentorship or for coffee
chats. FlexPathers also take part in a career workshop series.
Participants are paired with a mentor who will provide coaching and act as a trusted resource
during their time at Liberty.
Experience
FlexPath participants get real, robust work
experience in a way that
works best for them.
In some cases, there maybe the opportunity to transition to permanent employment.
FlexPath participants are experienced professionals who are:
- Working to strengthen their resume
- Seeking experience after an employment gap, typically 3 or more months
- Looking for a part-time, flexible schedule
Candidates should have:
- A minimum of 5 years prior business experience
- A bachelor’s degree or associate degree with work experience
- Experience in project management, finance or data/business analytics
