After graduating college I chose to work at Liberty Mutual because I knew how much the Company invested in its employees. The Analyst Development Program was a shining example of this commitment. It equipped me with the essential skills of analytics, technology, and critical thinking, and provided me with a strong foundation in the insurance industry. The program introduced me to various aspects of the insurance industry, and has been an instrumental factor in shaping my career as a Product Delivery Analyst in GRM. I'm proud to be a part of an organization that invests so heavily in its employees' growth and development.

I feel that the Analyst Development Program has been the catalyst for my career growth at Liberty Mutual. I continued on at Liberty Mutual after interning during college, where I began building analytical, technical, and business skills. The Analyst Development Program creates a true learning environment for new hires, where their sole focus is development and exposure to all Liberty has to offer. As I’ve advanced in my career, I feel the Analyst Development Program has shown me the importance of building strong work relationships, empowering me to stretch my skillsets and develop in new ways, and gain more comfort and confidence in sharing my ideas. Lastly, the Analyst Development Program contributes to the Liberty-wide psychologically safe and inclusive work environment.

Joining the Analyst Development Program has given me many tools for a successful career. Because I got to rotate through different departments, I have made a lot of networking connections in the company and have been able to widen my skillset more than I would have if I wasn't in a rotational program. I couldn't have asked for a more supportive environment, everyone is so focused on your development and really wants you to succeed.
