Are you looking to spend time on impactful work, access exceptional professional development, and build toward future leadership roles at Liberty Mutual? Corporate Strategy & Research (CS&R) may be the perfect fit. As a Senior Manager, you will join a dynamic, tight-night consulting team that collectively advises Liberty Mutual’s senior executives in making key strategic decisions. You will lead workstreams, cultivate strong client stakeholder relationships, and support the development of junior team members.

As part of CS&R, you will have the opportunity to:

Develop your well-rounded strategy consulting skillset: build a top-tier strategy consulting toolkit in a supportive, apprenticeship-based environment. Work with talented teammates who support growth in core areas of the toolkit: hypothesis-driven thinking, data analysis, delivery of insights, and more
Gain broad exposure across topics: expand your industry-wide and company-specific knowledge by contributing to a diverse range of projects that support enterprise and business unit priorities and by rotating between teams and topics every 3-5 months
Engage with senior leaders: work directly with senior leaders, gaining meaningful visibility into executive-level strategic priorities and decision making
Drive your career development: fuel your long-term growth with mentorship, real-time feedback, and intentional career discussions that support internal mobility and advancement into a high-impact role within Liberty
