A three-day professional development and networking summit for college freshmen and sophomores interested in Actuarial, Data Analytics or Finance. This well-established program has converted over half of participants into internship opportunities.

INSURE
INSURE (Introduction to New Skills in Underwriting and Risk Evaluation) is a 4-week virtual program with a two-day in-person experience at our Boston headquarters. This program provides an experiential learning opportunity with a clear entry point into Underwriting to help bridge industry knowledge gaps, build business acumen and bolster career readiness skills.
