Our Territory Management team develops and manages relationships with independent agents across the country who sell Liberty Mutual Insurance personal and business lines. You’ll manage an assigned territory, driving profitable premium growth to achieve financial and operational goals, and work with internal teams to optimize your territory’s performance. You’ll enjoy a competitive base salary plus opportunities for bonuses paid bi-annually along with many other generous incentives.

Territory Manager:
  • This inside role is responsible for building partnerships with independent agents and brokers in a specified territory via phone, email and webinar. Territory Managers use strategic thinking and optimize territory performance to meet business and operational goals.
Senior Territory Manager:
  • This field-based role conducts on-site visits and is responsible for building strong partnerships with independent agents and brokers within a specified territory. Senior Territory Managers are at the forefront of building premium growth by establishing relationships with our underwriters and agents to ensure we build market share successfully.
